OPEN FUSE 30 MAY BE CAUSED BY INTERFERENCE BETWEEN THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FLEX CIRCUIT & THE LH SIDE STEERING COLUMN RETAINING BOLT. IF DAMAGE IS PRESENT, REMOVE THE LH STEERING COLUMN RETAINING BOLT & INSTALL A 1.5MM (1/16 INCH) WASHER (PROCURE LOCALLY) UNDER THE HEAD TO PREVENT REPEAT DAMAGE.
