Service bulletin 7SB0029601A
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
ROOFS CRACKED BY PARKING THE COACHES BENEATH OVERHEAD SPACE HEATERS IN THE SERVICE GARAGE AND/OR SHOWROOM. THE CONCENTRATED EXTREME HEAT CAUSED AN AREA OF THE FOAM INSULATION IN THE ROOF TO MELT. THE ROOF SKIN THEN SAGGED INTO THE DEPRESSION LEFT BY THE MELTED FOAM. AS THE VEHICLES WERE MOVED AWAY FROM THE HEAT SOURCE, THE ROOF MATERIALS COOLED AND CONTRACTED.
