NHTSA's summary

Altec has learned that certain DH, D3000, AN, and AM units built with three stage A-frame outrigger assemblies from October 2025 to February 2026 could have been manufactured with the incorrect revision of the stop block. Some A-frames were built with the incorrect stop block which can cause the unit to experience a drop of the intermediate section of the outrigger leg when deploying, which can cause damage to the cylinder and cause loss of cylinder function.
