Certain G70 (IK) vehicles equipped with an AVN5W head unit may exhibit the map, navigation, and voice recognition systems not loading after an Over the Air (OTA) software update due to an error in the software update logic. This bulletin provides instructions to use a provided USB stick to perform a manual software update to correct this condition.
