This article provides diagnostic and repair guidance for International MV trucks equipped with D-shaped fuel tanks that exhibit a no-start condition, low power under increased fuel demand, an illuminated check engine light, or Cummins Fault Code 559. The condition may be caused by an excessively long fuel pickup tube contacting the bottom of the fuel tank and restricting fuel flow.
