## NHTSA's summary

Certain high\-voltage \(HV\) battery cell modules may have an internal connection used to monitor battery voltage that may not have been adequately welded due to a manufacturing issue. If this condition is present, the battery monitoring system may display incorrect readings. Owners may notice a yellow or red warning light, along with related error messages being displayed on the instrument panel. To correct this, the affected HV battery cell module\(s\) will be replaced.
