Service campaign RRA09202605

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

A small number of Rolls-Royce Phantom (RR11/RR12), Ghost (RR21/RR22), and Cullinan (RR31) vehicles have been identified as having a potential software issue concerning the remote services, with vehicles fitted with an ATM-01 telematics control unit. As a result, vehicle remote services such as vehicle status may operate with a delay or not function completely. The problem has been rectified with vehicle software version 26-03-540 (RR21-26-03-540 for RR21/RR22 and Sl5A-26-03-540 for RRll, RR12, RR31), which is included in ISTA 4.58.4x.

The document is the manufacturer's. This site does not hold it. NHTSA files a document at one of these two addresses; we have not asked NHTSA which.
