## NHTSA's summary

Altec Industries, Inc. received notification from FCA US LLC of a defect affecting certain 2019\-2026 model year DT Ram 1500 pickup trucks equipped with Altec equipment. The affected vehicles may have a second\-row center and/or driver\-side seat belt buckle anchor that was not properly secured to the vehicle body structure during assembly. If the seat belt buckle anchor is not properly attached, occupant restraint effectiveness may be reduced, which can increase the risk of injury in a crash.
