NHTSA's summary

Due to an error during vehicle packaging (see Fig. 1), there is a possibility that air has entered the master cylinder of the front brake system from the expansion tank (see Fig. 2). This can result in a spongy brake lever feel. Therefore, KTM North America, Inc. is ordering the bleeding of the master cylinder of the front brake system.
