Service bulletin 09-025-26
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
DESCRIPTION Some vehicles may exhibit a rattling or knocking noise from the upper B-pillar trim area. The noise is due to insufficient anti-rattle treatment between the B-pillar, adjuster cover and adjuster knob. REPAIR PROCEDURE 1. Verify customer concern. NOTE: Replacing the B-pillar trim is a like-for-like part and will likely need the felt tape added.
