# Service bulletin SB\-25\-10\-002

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

On some Cybertruck vehicles, customers may experience low frequency shaking, rattling, and/or vibrations at the door assemblies and/or LH side mirror when the vehicle is driven at high speeds. Upon customer complaint, inspect the vehicle for symptoms related to the condition. If symptoms are present, apply new adhesive to the reinforcement brackets and, if necessary, install additional butyl pads on the affected door assemblies.

Upon customer complaint, inspect the vehicle for symptoms related to the condition. If symptoms are present, apply new adhesive to the reinforcement brackets and install additional butyl pads on the affected door assemblies.
