# Warranty extension Z06G OL

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

- [26\-EV\-004G DCS](/bulletins/11034031.md), 2026-06-23, Warranty extension: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM. Genesis is extending the warranty coverage for the Integrated Charging Control Unit \(ICCU\) and ICCU fuse to 15 years/180,000 miles from the date of original retail delivery or date of first use \(whichever occurs first\) and is valid for original and subsequent owners. Follow the flowchart in Technical Service Bulletin \(TSB\) 26\-EV\-004G to check for an active or stored occurrence of any Diagnostic Trouble Code \(DTC\) that requires replacement of the ICCU and replace the ICCU and ICCU fuse if necessary. Some vehicles may have an active DTC that requires ICCU replacement. Please note that any vehicles under 15 years/180,000 miles are covered by this TSB, even if vehicle is within High Voltage Warranty of 10 years/120,000 miles.
- [26\-EV\-004G DN](/bulletins/11034030.md), 2026-06-23, Warranty extension: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM. Genesis is extending the warranty coverage for the Integrated Charging Control Unit \(ICCU\) and ICCU fuse to 15 years/180,000 miles from the date of original retail delivery or date of first use \(whichever occurs first\) and is valid for original and subsequent owners.
- [26\-EV\-004G TSB](/bulletins/11034029.md), 2026-06-23, Warranty extension: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM. Genesis is extending the warranty coverage for the Integrated Charging Control Unit \(ICCU\) and ICCU fuse to 15 years / 180,000 miles from the date of original retail delivery or date of first use \(whichever occurs first\) and is valid for original and subsequent owners. Follow the flowchart in this bulletin to check for an active or stored occurrence of any Diagnostic Trouble Code \(DTC\) that requires replacement of the ICCU and replace the ICCU and ICCU fuse if necessary. Some vehicles may have an active DTC that requires ICCU replacement.
- [25\-EV\-003G TSB](/bulletins/11020940.md), 2025-07-29, Service bulletin: FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM. Certain G80 Electrified \(RG3 EV\), and GV60 \(JW1 EV\) vehicles may have missing Inlet 5\-Pin Combo DC insulation caps \(DC pin caps\) which may lead to damage to the charge port if not replaced. This bulletin provides instructions to replace the DC pin cap\(s\).
- [24\-01\-070G](/bulletins/11006836.md), 2024-09-03, Service campaign: FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM. Certain GV60 \(JW1 EV\) vehicles may exhibit a condition where DTC P1AA900 becomes active after charging. The Battery Management System \(BMS\) software logic could cause an HV battery cell voltage to be misread under specific conditions resulting in a false\-positive DTC P1AA900, MIL on, and 80% maximum HV battery charge limit. There is no other effect on the vehicle and all systems remain operational. Regardless of whether the vehicle has an active DTC P1AA900 or not, follow the procedure in this TSB to update the software for the Battery Management System \(BMS\).
