Service bulletin TSB260101

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

This Technical Service Bulletin describes the verification and resolution steps for the vehicle control software of certain battery electric systems which may not prevent vehicle movement in all cases when the overhead (pantograph) charger arm has not fully returned to the retracted position, resulting in buses that use depot style overhead (pantograph) charging systems being able to move before the overhead (pantograph) charger arm is fully retracted, risking damage to the overhead (pantograph) charger arm, vehicle-mounted charging interface, or related depot charging equipment.
