SERVICE BULLETIN M1723 \(REV A\): PISTON RING KIT INSPECTION. PURPOSE: Revision. This bulletin informs dealers that Harley\-Davidson has identified that some piston ring kits were packaged incorrectly and will need to be inspected and/or replaced. See Figure 1. Piston Ring Kit \(Part No's. 22000041 and 22000042\) with a package date BEFORE February 12, 2026. REV A: Updated: Required Dealer Action and Credit Procedure. Added: Market RMA and credit information.
