SERVICE BULLETIN M1723 (REV A): PISTON RING KIT INSPECTION. PURPOSE: Revision. This bulletin informs dealers that Harley-Davidson has identified that some piston ring kits were packaged incorrectly and will need to be inspected and/or replaced. See Figure 1.
