## NHTSA's summary

SERVICE BULLETIN M1730: INCORRECT DERBY COVER ON LIBERTY EDITION ROAD GLIDE \(FLTRX\) AND STREET GLIDE 3 LIMITED \(FLHLT\). PURPOSE: Initial Release. This bulletin informs dealers that select Liberty Edition Road Glide \(FLTRX\) and Street Glide 3 Limited \(FLHLT\) motorcycles built between May 21, 2026 and June 10, 2026 will be shipped with an Incorrect Derby Cover \(Part No. 25701561\) installed. See Figure 1. This is the result of a temporary part shortage impacting the correct Liberty Edition component. Dealers will be required to replace the incorrect Derby Cover \(Part No. 25701561\) and associated components with the correct Derby Cover \(Part No. 25702025\) and associated components once they arrive at the dealership. Harley\-Davidson will be sending the replacement parts directly to dealers with impacted units starting mid\-June.
