Complaint Customer reports a squeaking or creaking sound \(See Example\) originating from the lower front seat area. This sound may occur under the following conditions: • Driving over uneven or rough road surfaces • During cornering / vehicle body movement • When there is movement or load shift in the seat base. Cause Insufficient lubrication of components within the seat height adjustment mechanism Remedy Replace the seat height adjuster assembly
