## NHTSA's summary

Some 2026 Transit Chassis Cab/Cutaway vehicles that were ordered with a blind spot information system \(BLIS\) kit \(minor feature code HLLAM\) may not be able to connect the harness to the vehicle after the upfit has been completed. This may be due to the harness being too short in length. To correct this condition, order a new BLIS kit harness using service part number RK3Z\-15K868\-A. \<br /\>\<br /\> To confirm a vehicle is built with a certain minor feature code, review the build information by double\-clicking the vehicle identification number \(VIN\) in the upper left corner in the Professional Technician System \(PTS\).
