## NHTSA's summary

Checking the pyrotechnic seat belt pre\-tensioner harness connector for security. The SRS \(Supplementary Restraint System\) seat belt pre\-tensioner harness connectors are fitted with locking tabs to ensure their security to their pretensioner/seat belt reel assemblies. It cannot be confirmed if the locking tabs to the 2023 \- 2025 model year VIN range\* have been correctly secured during the production build process. \*Safe VIN from SCCLEJAX1SHA11255. There is a possibility that the harness connectors may loosen or disconnect if the locking tabs are not secured, which may result in inoperative seat belt pre\-tensioners and a warning message being displayed in the driver display module \(SRS Service Required\). Note: The mechanical locking functionality of the seat belts will still operate as normal even if the warning message is displayed.
