McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing provides updated Volterra ZFL Preventive Maintenance schedule and instructions for an initial (within 500 miles or 6 months of service) retorque of the front axle U-bolts to 500 ft.-lbs. and semi-annually or every 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) retorque of the U-bolts to 500 ft.-lbs. The vehicle’s service maintenance manual reflects the same update.
