## NHTSA's summary

NEW PROCESS TO REPLACE THE TCU SERVICE INFORMATION For the APPLIED VEHICLES, the process to replace the Telematics Communication Unit \(TCU\) has changed. If the TCU for the APPLIED VEHICLES needs to be replaced for any reason, an email must be sent to Aeris Global Services Operation Center \(Aeris\) to activate the TCU before it is installed. Follow the steps starting on page 2 to activate the replacement TCU.
