According to FORD Recall \# 26S24, 26V204: "One or both of your vehicle’s windshield wiper arms may become stripped or damaged. This damage may result in erratic wiper arm speed, an inoperable wiper arm and/or a wiper arm becoming detached from the vehicle. An improperly functioning wiper arm may impair driver vision, increasing the risk of a crash."
