## NHTSA's summary

Altec Industries, Inc. has received notification from Ford that windshield wiper arms may become stripped or damaged, creating a risk to motor vehicle safety in certain 2022\-2023 Super Duty vehicles equipped with Altec equipment. This damage might result in erratic wiper arm speed, an inoperable wiper arm, or a wiper arm becoming detached from the vehicle. An improperly functioning wiper arm may impair driver vision, increasing the risk of a crash. Parts are not available.
