## NHTSA's summary

Mercedes\-Benz AG \(“MBAG”\), the manufacturer of Mercedes\-Benz vehicles, has determined that on certain Model Year \(“MY”\) 2026 CLA \(174 platform\) vehicles, the software of the communication module \(ARTEMIS\) might not be configured according to current production specifications. As a result, remote status updates, or remote commands may not be available through the Mercedes\-Benz App. Remedy MBUSA will conduct a service campaign. An authorized Mercedes\-Benz dealer will update the software in the ARTEMIS control unit on the affected vehicles. With the update of the ARTEMIS, the latest Mercedes\-Benz Operating System \(MB.OS\) version will also be installed on the vehicles.
