# Other CL \- 2026010005

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

Dear Mercedes\-Benz Owner: On behalf of Mercedes\-Benz USA, LLC \(“MBUSA”\), thank you for being a part of the Mercedes\-Benz family. We hope that you are enjoying your vehicle. Here at MBUSA, we are committed to delivering an exceptional ownership experience. In our continuing efforts to ensure the proper performance and quality of your vehicle, we are writing to inform you that on certain Model Year 2021 \- 2023 CLA and GLA vehicles, the nozzle geometry of the exhaust turbocharger might not meet specifications. This could affect exhaust flow in certain load/rpm ranges and increase NOx emissions, potentially causing the vehicle to exceed emissions regulatory limits. An Emission Service Campaign is being conducted to remedy the situation. Our records indicate that your vehicle is included in the affected population of vehicles.
