HVAC INSUFFICIENT COOLING CONCERNS IF YOU CONFIRM The customer states a lack of comfort due to insufficient cooling, AND The outside ambient temperature is considered hot, for example around 40°C \(104°F\). ACTION Follow the SERVICE PROCEDURE in this bulletin to: 1. Confirm the current Amplifier\-Control, Air Conditioner \(A/C auto amp\) part number. 2. Reprogram the A/C auto amp, if applicable. 3. Confirm the current Controller Assy – Refrigerator \(Heat pump control unit\) part number. 4. Reprogram the Controller Assy – Refrigerator \(Heat pump control unit\) after reprogramming the A/C auto amp, if applicable. 5. Erase all DTCs. IMPORTANT: The purpose of ACTION \(above\) is to give you a quick idea of the work you will be performing. You MUST closely follow the entire SERVICE PROCEDURE as it contains information that is essential to successfully completing this repair.
