## NHTSA's summary

Complaint Clattering sound in B\-pillar trim Cause Play between substructure and B\-pillar trim Remedy Installing a 70x15x3 mm felt strip next to the air duct under the substructure. The felt is supplied by the meter and must be cut to the specified dimension. Procedure: 1\) Lift the substructure \(black\). 2\) Install the felt lengthwise below the substructure on the B\-pillar trim. Note: The felt must be installed as far under the substructure as possible. A second person is recommended to assist when bonding the felt.
