Complaint Trunk lid lock may not unlock when the trunk lid handle \(S88/8\) is operated The trunk lid can still be opened using the following methods: • HFA \(Hands\-Free Access\) • Unlocking and opening the trunk from inside with the emergency release • Trunk lid remote operating switch at the drivers door • Press and hold the "Trunk lid" button on the SmartKey Cause Under analysis Remedy Check switching signal of trunk lid handle \(S88/8\) during operation and document results by providing print out of actual values. Submit a TIPS case with fault description and observations. • send to the Body/Chassis/Entertainment inbox.
