## NHTSA's summary

Complaint Engine diagnosis indicator lamp \(MIL\) lights up. The vehicle starts or charges normally and without any problems. Current and saved fault code in DCCU and powertrain control unit \(PTCU\): • P2E9873 The position sensor of the external socket flap of the vehicle socket \(direct current\) indicates an electrical fault. The actuator does not open. Cause Software in the control unit "N116/5 \- DC charge\-connection unit \(DCCU\)". Remedy Update software for N116/5 \(DC charging control unit box\) and perform SCN coding of N116/5. • Once the SCN coding has been updated, the engine diagnosis indicator lamp \(MIL\) is no longer actuated with this fault code.
