A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA componentFORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING

NHTSA's summary

On March 10, 2026, a harsh braking event on a WRTA ADAS outfitted bus caused a minor injury to a passenger (bumped nose) at ~9:26 AM on Wick Ave in Youngstown, OH. Investigation confirmed the ADAS system was not responsible: the last ADAS related mission had ended at 9:24 AM — roughly 2 minutes before the incident — meaning the brake motor controller had no ADAS authority and the bus was under full manual control by operator. This is corroborated by two independent systems (MAX logs and OVID tablet), as well as timing and GPS analysis ruling out any connection to logged deceleration events.
