- [SSM 55031](/bulletins/11035269.md), 2026-07-28, Service bulletin: UNKNOWN OR OTHER; FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. Some 2021\-2026 Ford/Lincoln vehicles may exhibit various symptoms including but not limited to the auto start/stop system not operating as intended with a "Check Charging System" message in the instrument panel cluster \(IPC\) while the charging system is operating properly with no charging related diagnostic trouble codes \(DTC\) stored. This may be due to someone using an aftermarket programmer to change the body control module \(BCM\) configuration to disable the auto start/stop system or perform other unsupported programming modifications. To correct this condition on F\-150 and Bronco vehicles, download and run the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System \(FDRS\) application titled "BCM\-Charging System Configuration Correction". Running this application will determine if the BCM configuration was modified by the customer and if so, provide the option to return the configuration back to factory settings. For other vehicle models exhibiting concerns related to unsupported aftermarket BCM programming, submit a Technical Support Request \(TSR\) requesting support to revert the BCM configuration
- [SSM 54969](/bulletins/11034142.md), 2026-06-29, Service bulletin: ENGINE; EXTERIOR LIGHTING. Some 2025\-2026 Navigator vehicles may have diagnostic trouble code \(DTC\) B14E4:55 stored in the body control module \(BCM\). The rear turn signals may also flash solid rather than sweeping from inside out when activated. This may be due to replacement of the reversing lamp assembly without performing the "BCM\-Local Interconnect Network \(LIN\) New Module Initialization" application. The Workshop Manual \(WSM\), Section 417\-01 \> Removal and Installation procedure has been updated. Using the Ford Diagnostic and Repair System \(FDRS\), download and run the "BCM\-Local Interconnect Network \(LIN\) New Module Initialization" application. Follow the diagnostic scan tool directions to address this concern. For claiming use causal part 13B433 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4.
- [SSM 54810](/bulletins/11032691.md), 2026-05-14, Service bulletin: ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM; UNKNOWN OR OTHER. Some 2024\-2026 Nautilus non\-hybrid and 2025\-2026 Aviator vehicles equipped with 28 radio speakers \(minor feature code IDBBN\) and 2025\-2026 Navigator vehicles may exhibit a no audio/sound condition with no communication with the audio digital signal processing module \(DSP\) with U0238 stored in the audio control module \(ACM\). This may be due to the DSP. To determine if the DSP is the root cause, remove the DSP fuse from the battery junction box \(BCMB fuse F40 for Aviator, BCMB fuse F138 for Nautilus, BJB fuse F5 for Navigator\). Inspect the fuse for an open and make sure the fuse has proper blade contact. After one minute, reinstall the good fuse. If the concern is still present or a fuse concern is found, refer to Workshop Manual \(WSM\), Section 415\-00 for normal diagnostics. If communication has been re\-established with the DSP, install a new DSP ordered from Ford Component Sales using the On\-Line 1878 form to correct this condition. Refer to Workshop Manual \(WSM\), Section 415\-00. For claiming, use causal part 18B849 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D13.
- [TSB 26\-2171](/bulletins/11031490.md), 2026-04-22, Service bulletin: ENGINE. This article updates TSB 25\-2154. Reasons for update: \*Parts List \*Service Procedure to replace the output planetary carrier assembly \*Added 2023\-2024 model year vehicles Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit all of the following conditions: Shudder condition, most noticeable at speeds below 60 mph \(100 km/h\) No relevant diagnostic trouble codes \(DTC\) present Traceable shudder event with IDS/FDRS reading \*\(Figure 1\)\* This condition may be perceived/felt as an engine misfire. This may be due to a concern with the output planetary assembly.
