Complaint Following update to MBOS 1.3.0 or higher, front passenger display becomes inoperable. Cause Back end documentation error. Remedy Perform special procedure in Xentry Diagnosis. Before starting, check Xentry Diagnosis for the latest add-ons. Ensure that one of the following add-ons is installed on Xentry Diagnosis: 33115 for Release 12/2025 33115 for Release 09/2025 Next, please connect the Xentry Diagnosis to the vehicle. Select A26/17 MBUX multimedia system control unit + instrument cluster (head unit). The special procedure can be accessed using the following path: Actual Values -> Head Unit -> Anti-theft Protection and Subsequent Activatable Services. A note about the front passenger display will be shown here. Please observe the instructions in Xentry. Note: The special process (see attachments) is displayed only when the problem is occurring in the vehicle currently.
