Service bulletin SSM 54647
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| SSM 54757 | 2026-04-21. Service bulletin. Some 2024-2026 Nautilus vehicles may require replacement of the front seat track motor for various reasons. If Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 501-10A > Front Seats > PPT A leads to front seat track motor replacement, a lower level service part is now available - PU5Z-14547-A (driver side) and PU5Z-14547-B (passenger side). If only the front seat track motor requires replacement, it is not necessary to replace the front seat cushion structure assembly. |

Some 2024-2026 Nautilus vehicles built on or before 06-Nov-2025 may exhibit an inoperative driver heated seat with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) B1208:2A stored in the driver seat module (DSM) and/or inoperative front passenger heated seat with DTC B120A:2A in the passenger front seat module (SCMB). |
| SSM 54400 | 2025-12-01. Service bulletin. Some 2025-2026 Nautilus vehicles with heated-only front seats (minor feature code BY1AC) (not heated and cooled) may set diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) B103A:15, B1034:13, B1036:13, and B1038:15 in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) module when a diagnostic self-test is performed. These DTCs have no effect on functionality and should be ignored if no other DTCs are present in the HVAC module and no symptoms are present. Continue with diagnosing any other HVAC DTCs first. No further service action is required.<br /><br /> To confirm a vehicle is built with a certain minor feature code, review the build information by double-clicking the vehicle identification number (VIN) in the upper left corner in the Professional Technician System (PTS). |
| SSM 54339 | 2025-11-04. Service bulletin. For 2024-2025 Nautilus vehicles, if diagnostics lead to the replacement of the front seat cushion extension adjuster, a lower level part is now available (R2TZ-14C724-A). It is not necessary to replace the front seat cushion extension adjuster if only the front seat cushion extension motor assembly is damaged. |
| SSM 53854 | 2025-06-02. Service bulletin. Some 2024-2025 Nautilus vehicles may exhibit a driver seat module (DSM) programmable module installation (PMI) failure with an error stating "Procedure Unsuccessful-FlashSoftware Failed to flash RU5T-14C030-AE" after replacement. |
| SSM 52378 | 2024-04-04. Service bulletin. Some 2024 Nautilus vehicles may exhibit a concern with the driver seat and steering column moving to the saved memory position instead of the easy entry position when approaching or unlocking the vehicle with the key fob. This condition may occur after setting up a client profile and is due to the driver front seat module (DSM) software. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and that engineering is currently working on revised DSM software for this condition. Monitor OASIS for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available. |
| SSM 52116 | 2023-12-11. Service bulletin. Some 2024 Nautilus vehicles may set diagnostic trouble code (DTC) B146F:00 in the drivers multi-contour seat module (SCMG) and/or passenger multi-contour seat module (SCMH) when a diagnostic self-test is performed. This may be due to a communication error to the SCMG/SCMH within a specified timeframe. Replacement or reprogramming of the SCMG/SCMH will not resolve this condition. B146F:00 should be ignored and no further service action is required if no other DTCs are present in the SCMG/SCMH, no warning indicators are illuminated while the engine is running, and no symptoms present. |
