Flash: Power Liftgate Module \(PLGM\) Updates Customers may experience one or more of the following: SYMPTOM: ● After the ignition has been placed in the off position and the liftgate left open, there could be possibility of a 12V battery drain. ● If the liftgate is latched to the striker \(secondary latch\) but not completely cinched \(primary latch\), the liftgate is unable to be opened using the exterior handle switch, front interior switch, or keyfob. This bulletin involves reprogramming the PLGM with the latest software.
