Some Tucson Internal Engine Combustion \(ICE\), Hybrid, and Plug\-in Hybrid \(NX4, NX4 HEV, and NX4 PHEV\) vehicles may have an inoperable horn that may be caused by foreign substances causing internal parts to oxidize. This bulletin provides instructions on how to replace both inoperative horns.
