The warning message may appear multiple times during initial low speed acceleration and when coming to a stop. The warning may stop reappearing after the ambient temperature rises well above 32°F (0°C). If all parking sensors are free of blockages and there are no parking sensor related DTCs stored in the IPMA, replace both front active park assist sensors (base part number: 15K859) located in the passenger and driver fender lip mouldings. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 413-13C for the removal and installation procedure. For claiming, use causal part 15K859 and labor operations 12651D8P and 12651D8PT.

TSB 26-21892026-04-28. Service bulletin. This article supersedes 25-2033. Reason for update: To clarify prior approval requirements in the Service Procedure. Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit all of the following conditions: * An intermittent condition of a continuous audible tone present from the rear parking aid system with no obstacles around the vehicle * No diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) stored in the image processing module A (IPMA) This may be due to the IPMA software, IPMA hardware, the rear parking sensors and/or sensor wiring.
SSM 522882024-03-05. Service bulletin. Some 2024 Ranger vehicles may exhibit a condition where Android Audio briefly pauses when launching Pitch And Roll from the Off-Road screen. This may be due to the accessory protocol interface module (APIM) software. Reprogramming or replacing the APIM will not resolve this condition. Inform customers that engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition and will be released via Ford Power-Up software updates delivered over-the-air (OTA) expected in Q4 2024. The software will update automatically if vehicle connectivity is enabled in the vehicles settings. Schedule a service visit for customers who have disabled vehicle connectivity or who report that they did not receive the update in December 2024. Monitor OASIS for additional information.
