## NHTSA's summary

Certain 2018 – 2026 model year LC 500 and 2018 – 2025 LC 500h vehicles are equipped with high\-friction brake pads specifically designed for superior braking performance and response. As a result, the front or rear brakes may exhibit a squeal/squeak noise. For customers who find these characteristics objectionable, brake pads with alternative material are now available as service parts.
