Service bulletin L-SB-0003-26
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Certain 2018 – 2026 model year LC 500 and 2018 – 2025 LC 500h vehicles are equipped with high-friction brake pads specifically designed for superior braking performance and response. As a result, the front or rear brakes may exhibit a squeal/squeak noise. For customers who find these characteristics objectionable, brake pads with alternative material are now available as service parts.
