## NHTSA's summary

Handbook addendum \- New Right\-to\-Repair legislation for Canada \(SC25 /50\). Canada introduced new Right\-to\-Repair legislation on 5th October 2025, which requires a new note to customers advising the following: “Bentley does not guarantee the availability of replacement parts, repair services and information necessary to maintain and repair a vehicle” For all Canada specification vehicles, a new addendum has been developed \(see the attached examples\) which must be installed at the front of the Owner’s handbook.
