# Service bulletin SB\-26\-15\-001

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

On some Model Y vehicles, the rear view mirror upper camera cover is not sufficiently transparent, which may prevent infrared light from traveling through the cover, resulting in increased vehicle occupancy warnings in low\-light conditions. This has no effect on vehicle operation or Autopilot features. Inspect the vehicle for symptoms related to the condition. If symptoms are present, replace the rear view mirror upper camera cover.
