Service bulletin TCH-26-002
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Bendix® AD-IP® Air Dryer Cartridge Load Plate Differences When replacing a Bendix® AD-IP® Air Dryer Cartridge, the load plate may appear different depending on the initial manufacturing date of the cartridge. The load plate may have one (1) or eight (8) air passages depending on when it was initially manufactured. There is no functional difference between the AD-IP cartridges as the number of air passages does not impact the cartridge performance. The number of air passages on the load plate for the AD-IP cartridge can vary if it is ordered new or remanufactured. When removing an AD-IP cartridge from a vehicle and replacing the cartridge new or remanufactured from Bendix, the number of air passages on the load plate may vary as shown in Figure 1 and does not warrant a return to Bendix.

The document is the manufacturer's. This site does not hold it. NHTSA files a document at one of these two addresses; we have not asked NHTSA which.
