# Service bulletin L\-SB\-0052\-25

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

Some 2022 – 2025 model year NX 450h\+ and 2024 – 2025 RX 450h\+ vehicles may exhibit a MIL ON condition with Diagnostic Trouble Code \(DTC\) P019064 \(Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor “A” Signal Plausibility Failure\) present. The Engine Control Module \(ECM\) \(SAE term: Powertrain Control Module/PCM\) logic has been modified to address this condition.

- [L\-SB\-0010\-26](/bulletins/11032485.md), 2026-05-08, Service bulletin: ENGINE. Some customers of 2023 – 2025 model year RX 350h, RX 500h, and 2024 – 2025 model year TX 500h vehicles may experience one or more of the following complaints when the low fuel level warning light illuminates: • The total amount of fuel dispensed during refueling is less than the customer expects when the fuel nozzle automatically clicks off, preventing the customer from being able to put as much fuel into the tank as expected. • The low fuel level warning light illuminates earlier than the customer expects. • The driving range is reduced compared to customers’ expectations, resulting in more frequent refueling than customers anticipate. The combination meter software logic has been updated to help meet customer expectations.

- [L\-TT\-0336\-24 Rev1](/bulletins/11011637.md), 2024-12-07, Service bulletin: ENGINE. After jump\-starting, the vehicle may experience a no\-start condition and multiple DTCs including U010087 \- Lost Communication with ECM/PCM "A" Missing Message. Upon investigation, it is found that the engine ECU has been damage and needs to be replaced. In several cases, the cause of the ECU damage was improper jump starting. Further investigation found that ECU damage may occur if the negative \(ground\) cable clamps are attached on or around the engine ECU or mounting bracket. To prevent this condition from occurring, it is recommended that the jumper cables be attached as described in the owner’s manual.

- [24LC03](/bulletins/11010085.md), 2024-11-06, Service campaign: ENGINE; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM. The Engine Control Computer software has a programing error which can cause the exhaust variable valve timing \(VVT\) locking pin to temporarily get stuck. When this happens, an engine malfunction indicator lamp \(MIL\) can appear on the dashboard as well as diagnostic trouble code \(DTC\), P05CE00 to be set.
