## NHTSA's summary

According to International Recall 25509/25V502: "On certain vehicles, brake fluid may be present in the brake pressure switch and wire harness. As a result, the brake switch could short circuit. Note: This recall is an expansion of recall 23517 \(Transport Canada recall no. 2023\-321\). Certain vehicles repaired under that recall require a second repair. A short circuit can cause wiring to overheat and create the risk of a fire, even while the vehicle is parked and turned off."
