## NHTSA's summary

Mercedes\-Benz AG, the manufacturer of Mercedes\-Benz vehicles, has determined that on certain subject vehicles, the software and coding of the door control units may not correspond to current production specifications. As a result, the side windows may not properly clear the window seals when opening or closing the doors, which could potentially damage the window seals. MBUSA will conduct a service campaign. An authorized Mercedes\-Benz dealer will perform an initial start\-up of the door control units.
