Complaint Shift quality complaints when braking during 2\-1 coasting downshifts in Sport Plus \(S\+\) drive mode. Cause Software application. Remedy 1. Perform IPR and follow the instructions. 2. Perform software update on transmission control unit VGS2NAG3M \(N15/15\), available since 09/2025. \(New software numbers\) A0019021921 A0019022121 3. In Xentry, go to transmission control unit under Special Functions \> Special Function: Reset Learned Values \(Deceleration Mode\). 4. Perform standstill adaptation. NOTE: All steps \(software update, resetting learned values, and standard adaptation\) must be completed to fully resolve the complaint.
