## NHTSA's summary

Some 2026 Transit vehicles may exhibit a diagnostic trouble code \(DTC\) B00DF:4A stored in the restraints control module \(RCM\) when a diagnostic self\-test is performed. If there are no observable vehicle symptoms, the DTC will clear using the "Self\-Test" app within the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System \(FDRS\). Replacement and/or programming of the RCM is not needed to resolve this condition. If there is an observable vehicle symptom and/or the DTC will not clear, follow normal Workshop Manual diagnosis.
