Customer Satisfaction Program. Certain vehicles listed above may have a condition in which the 2nd and/or 3rd row outboard head restraints may not lock in the upright position, or may not release from the upright position. Dealers will replace the 3rd row outboard head restraints, and if applicable, replace the 2nd row head restraints.
