A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

Reference the new wire routing location as shown by the red line in "Picture 1 \- Connection from Supercap to Drive Unit". • The new wire should be added to the existing wiring harness as shown by the red line "Picture 1 \- Connection from Supercap to Drive Unit". • Z\-Splice is the preferred method using A 000 982 91 10 for the Supercap \(C8\) connection. NOTE: All WIS instructions must be followed for wiring modifications. Damage code: 0 \- 51422 \- \*\* \- 7 \(for \*\* please state the following: "missing connection ex factory"\).
