- [SSM 54969](/bulletins/11034142.md), 2026-06-29, Service bulletin: ENGINE; EXTERIOR LIGHTING. Some 2025\-2026 Navigator vehicles may have diagnostic trouble code \(DTC\) B14E4:55 stored in the body control module \(BCM\). The rear turn signals may also flash solid rather than sweeping from inside out when activated. This may be due to replacement of the reversing lamp assembly without performing the "BCM\-Local Interconnect Network \(LIN\) New Module Initialization" application. The Workshop Manual \(WSM\), Section 417\-01 \> Removal and Installation procedure has been updated. Using the Ford Diagnostic and Repair System \(FDRS\), download and run the "BCM\-Local Interconnect Network \(LIN\) New Module Initialization" application. Follow the diagnostic scan tool directions to address this concern. For claiming use causal part 13B433 and labor operations 12651D and 12651D4.
- [TSB 26\-2171](/bulletins/11031490.md), 2026-04-22, Service bulletin: ENGINE. This article updates TSB 25\-2154. Reasons for update: \*Parts List \*Service Procedure to replace the output planetary carrier assembly \*Added 2023\-2024 model year vehicles Some of the vehicles listed in the Model statement above may exhibit all of the following conditions: Shudder condition, most noticeable at speeds below 60 mph \(100 km/h\) No relevant diagnostic trouble codes \(DTC\) present Traceable shudder event with IDS/FDRS reading \*\(Figure 1\)\* This condition may be perceived/felt as an engine misfire. This may be due to a concern with the output planetary assembly.
- [TSB 26\-2023](/bulletins/11031259.md), 2026-04-10, Service bulletin: FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM; ENGINE. Some vehicles listed in the Model section above may exhibit an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp \(MIL\) with diagnostic trouble codes \(DTCs\) P2418:72 and/or P2450 stored in the PCM. This may be due to improperly connected evaporative emission line connections inside the fuel tank.
- [DSMC\-25.15 Navigator](/bulletins/11029657.md), 2026-03-05, Over\-the\-air update: LANE DEPARTURE: ASSIST; VISIBILITY/WIPER; ENGINE; UNKNOWN OR OTHER; FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL. - [SSM 54593](/bulletins/11029082.md), 2026-02-27, Service bulletin: ENGINE; POWER TRAIN; FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM. Some 2024\-2025 F\-150, Expedition/Navigator, Escape/Corsair, Bronco, Explorer, Mustang, Maverick vehicles equipped with a 1.5/2.0/2.3/3.5L EcoBoost engine and built on 01\-Oct\-2024 and through 31\-May\-2025 may exhibit an extended crank condition, strong fuel smell in the engine oil, high engine oil level and/or may have various drivability diagnostic trouble codes \(DTCs\) stored in the powertrain control module \(PCM\) with an illuminated malfunction indicator lamp \(MIL\). This may be due to an internal fuel leak of the high\-pressure fuel pump causing fuel to enter the crankcase and reduce fuel pressure in the direct injection fuel rail. Diagnose this condition using Pinpoint Test HP located in Workshop Manual \(WSM\), Section 303\-04. If no DTCs are stored in the PCM, proceed from Step HP1 to Step HP5 and continue testing. Repair as necessary outside of this article. For claiming, if high\-pressure fuel pump replacement is required, use causal part number 9D376 and labor operation code 9543A. If the root cause is identified as anything other than the fuel injection pump, claim the repair outside of this article.
- [SSM 54392](/bulletins/11025816.md), 2025-12-01, Service bulletin: ENGINE; POWER TRAIN. Some 2021\-2025 F\-150/Expedition/Navigator vehicles equipped with a 3.5L EcoBoost engine may exhibit diagnostic trouble code \(DTC\) P0299 stored in the powertrain control module \(PCM\) and may also exhibit a rattle noise from the turbocharger. This may be due to the wastegate actuator rod being disconnected. Workshop Manual \(WSM\), Section 303\-04 Fuel Charging and Controls \> Turbocharger has been added to address this condition to allow servicing of the turbocharger actuator rod. In addition, the wastegate actuator rod and associated retention springs and clips have been released as lower level components to complete the repair without replacing the entire turbocharger actuator assembly.
