Service bulletin TB2025003
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
During receipt inspection of angle sensors (IMT spare part number 2060069), IMT’s Quality Control team identified a deviation from specified standards. This deviation has resulted in malfunctions of certain sensors, leading to crane stoppages and requiring replacement of the affected components. Recent reports indicate that malfunctions with the IMT angle sensor (spare part number 2060069) are still occurring. Customers have experienced error messages from the crane’s safety system, specifically affecting the Jib function, with error code 019 and subcodes 076/077/087/088. An extended analysis was conducted and we have identified a new root cause: a defect in the electronic hardware of the sensor. To address this issue, a hardware design change has been implemented, and testing has been successfully performed to verify proper functionality and ensure reliability.
